ShaDonna Coleman, RN (registered nurse). Has spent most of her nursing career in primary & community health, Developing a passion and expertise in providing care to underserved communities and those struggling with substance abuse and mental illness(s). She has had the honor of working at some of the top hospitals and facilities around the U.S. (with Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, FL) and Children’s Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, MO) and is currently the Administrator at Golden Life In Home Services here to serve the community.
Jessie Sparks
Assistant Admin, Golden Life In Home Services
Jessie Sparks is a graduate of UMKC. With a passion for healthcare, Jessie handles clerical and administrative duties with Golden Life In Home Services to ensure each and every client recieves the best individualized care possible.

Our Strategy
1. Improve patient experience and help to deliver truly patient-centered care
Clients are 100% able to choose their own caregiver. If you have a family member or friend you trust, you can appoint them as your caregiver or we can appoint one for you. (Exlusions apply for Medicaid clients. Immediate family such as Spouse, Children, Siblings are ineligible to be your caregiver.)
2. Develop the careers and enhance the wellbeing of our clients and staff.
Golden Life In Home Services ensures each client will remain with the same caregiver for the duration of their time with us. No better feeling than being able to build a trusting relationship with your caregiver giving you a peace of mind.
